Don't miss the spectacular summer fireworks, a mesmerizing display over Lake Suwa—best enjoyed lakeside, about 16 km in circumference.

Note: Fireworks aren't visible from indoors, so step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of Suwa Lake.

"Markvilla Suwako" completed in 2021 by Ichijo Construction is an unmanned accommodation located within walking distance from JR Shimosuwa Station, yet nestled by the shores of Lake Suwa. Each spacious room, over 70 square meters, features a luxurious 20-tatami mat living, dining, and kitchen area with a 75-inch large TV. There are two double-sized beds in a lavish bedroom and a relaxing Japanese-style room with tatami flooring.

With SiteA and SiteB combined, the villa can accommodate up to 16 guests. The entire facility is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort even on chilly days. We aim to provide a comfortable space for families, friends, and special occasions, allowing you to create precious memories.

This is a plan for renting both Site A and Site B together. If you wish to reserve each room for a maximum of 8 guests, please make your reservation through the respective listings.

We will be providing 7/24 customer support in English, Chinese and Japanese. Kindly do not hesitate to ask if there is any questions!
