The rooms are very small, but for the price it is still great value. The toilets are as advanced as all hotels in Japan with multiple settings for bidet. The breakfast is fine in a pleasant setting. The front desk staff is kind and efficient.

Made a quick last minute stop in Japan from Hong Kong before heading home to Hawai’i. Love that shuttle to and from airport. Very quiet and lovely stay at Narita Nikko hotel. Great selection of food and a convenient store that is open 24-7. Would stay there again.

Great room for the price. Close to airport, JR trains. Has shuttle service to/ from airport. Serena is a great restaurant. Get the bkfst buffet! Wonderful staff all around, excellent service. Love the PJs and slippers, toiletries provided in the room. The only downside: the AC in our room wasn’t working properly. Didn’t cool down enough.

Absolutely world class service from the moment the spacious shuttle arrived at the hotel - professional, complete and genuinely courteous. Great location in near proximity to airport; comfortable rooms with international amenities, in-house restaurant was first class. Just a fantastic place to stay - HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect choice for where to stay when flying into Narita Airport and needing accommodation. Complimentary airport shuttle bus is a bonus. Exceptionally helpful staff. Have used this hotel twice now and it is my first choice when needing airport accommodation.
