Country Getaway
We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. This property offered plenty of space for our family, the Bbq and air hockey table was a nice surprise as well. The home was very comfortable, plenty of linens and bedding were provided. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property and home!

Great Host !
We never actually made it to the property due to wildfire evacuation but host was friendly, kind and more worried about our safety than his home and income! Look forward to rebooking!

Family reunion went very well
Mid-life siblings and adult children with their spouses met for the first time in two years. This home was perfect with downstairs and upstairs bedrooms, a large central room, a dining table to hold 10 or so (with even more place settings) and the kitchen is large enough that 3 or 4 cousins could cook together. The kitchen has waffle iron, crockpot, blender, and more. We enjoyed activities in Lassen Nat'l Park with our passes, walks along the road, movie nights, and more.

Family time
We love to have privacy in a place to explore outdoor activities. This rental fulfilled both of those requirements. The property allows for a private walk in on open field behind the home. There is a gravel road that has low traffic adjacent to the rental. It was great for walking. Running and biking. The kitchen and dining area is spacious. The hot tub and sauna were nice. We utilized four of the beds. Everyone reported the beds as comfortable. The Wi-Fi is slow. NonTV. We did watch a DVD movie. The location is very close to Lassen National Park. We brought our food with us. I cannot comment on restaurants or grocery stores. Overall the rental gets a solid A. We really enjoyed our time.

Outstanding Vacation Home in Shingletown
This is by far one of the most impressive VRBO properties we've stayed at. It is beautiful inside and out and was exactly what we were looking for to make our Thanksgiving holiday with extended family special. The kitchen, stocked with every gadget imaginable, is big enough to cook and serve a large party. We loved that it had a Keurig and plenty of mugs, plates, cups and glasses to go around. Hanging out in the main great room was a favorite, with plenty of seating for everyone. The central heating works well. and the pellet stove was a plus for extra cold days/nights. Every single bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. Guests will also find a good DVD library and games on hand. The outdoor jacuzzi was also a hit. We will definitely be booking this property again since we have family in the Mt. Lassen area.

Great property , great location!
Easy checkin, plenty of beds, towels, and blankets. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and fire pit. One suggestion would be to include instructions on how to open flue on the fireplace. We could not figure it out. Everything else was great, would come back for summer or winter adventures

Perfect Family Gathering Spot
My extended family and I rented this cabin for a long weekend to have a family reunion. The house was spacious, with enough bedrooms for every couple to have their own, the kitchen was well-equipped for all the meals we cooked together, and the living room and kitchen were big enough for us all to gather together in the same space. We also loved the air hockey and foozball table, plus the selection of games and movies, for an unexpected rainy day. This cabin has set the standard for all future family reunions!
