Staff was friendly & welcoming. The hotel was right on the main street through town & convenient. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included & was in the Show Low Cafe. It was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

The carpet was stained, the bathtub was peeling paint. The beds were clean but not comfortable. The lock on the door was broken. The place needs a remodel. Would not book again.

We started off rocky with poor quality customer service upon check-in but next morning I was contacted by the manager to resolve the bad experience. Her name was Dee Wilson and she was amazing in getting back to me so promptly and personally apologized.

Hotel was too expensive for what it is. It’s more like a motel. It’s old. Some of my family didn’t take a shower due to questionable cleanliness. The breakfast restaurant was great. They give you a voucher and the choices are great.
