OK lodging

Desk help was excellent, really professional, friendly and accommodating. Room slightly dated...Alittle worried staying on a Friday night with the traffic to the lounge upstairs, but nothing came of it. parking visibility to car from room would have been nice, and something more substantial in the breakfast, like a microwavable sandwich ? , but it was OK.

While I have stayed at Wynham properties in the past, this location was a disappointment. Upon check-in, the clerk did not make eye contact and did not interact with me except to write down my room number. When we came the next morning for the continental breakfast, we were told that, once they verified my room, I could choose between a blueberry muffin and a cranberry muffin. No explanation as to why this was all there was available and no "sorry for the inconvenience". Simply "you can have a blueberry muffin or a cranberry muffin" and at that point she gave me eye contact for the first time. Needless to say, this was not expected behavior from your staff.
