Could not use the lobby there was lawn equipment in there. This place looked like there had been no maintenance done in a long time. Looking in most of the windows it looked more like a storage unit that a motel. The bath tub was so dirty I would not take a shower. The area around the buildings had not been mowed in several months. You really need to make away to attach photos

When I reserved this property it said Country inn and suites, but when I got the email and got to country inn and suites it said clover in!! I didn't get a room at country inn due to them being completely booked, when I pulled up to clover inn it was run down looking and it looked abandoned. I had to drive around to find a place last minute.

I arrived at the property late in the evening. To late to search for something else so paid for room through a window covered with signs and couldn't see the manager but conducted the transaction for the room got key to the room and was told room on back of property. I drove to the back located my room where there was broken down abandoned vehicles parked around and could see rooms in disrepair etc etc...! This motel looks like it should be condemned. There is one word to describe it and that is "horrible"! I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to be forced to stay there! The motel has a $20 deposit required and I couldn't say there was anything in the room worth $20! Fortunately I did get the money back! My final word for this motel is "forget about it"!!

Get a working phone number! When someone is traveling at night and needs to arrive after midnight, they need to be able to call. Also there is no reason why if a room is reserved you couldn't check in the next morning once someone is in office! 3 years we've stayed at this location when we travel and never had an issue with checking in before. This time I never got to check in and was told to come back after 3pm even though I reserved the room for the night before too.

I booked room so i could enjoy a jetted tub that wont fill upwith water ... basically no air conditioning in Louisiana in August really .... just dont do it and i hadro give an additional 100 deposit but there was somoes Marijuana a used condem and a leftover party balloon... never never never

Paid for a week upfront at this motel due to a recent tornado left my home without power. There were shoes under the bed, stained pillow cases, a hole in the bath tub wall, the bath tub itself was disgusting, toilet hard to flush and lastly there were multiple LIVE roaches in the fridge. We left on our 2nd night and they refused to even give us a partial refund. Defiantly lacked customer support, money hungry, slum motel.
