Property was really outdated. Rooms need to be refurbished. Electronics need to be updated. I was really hoping that Bally's would do something with the old Eldorado rather than just strap a sign on the front. We won't be staying there again

Elevators werent working. Had to walkd down stairs from 10th floor. It was like a maze trying to find exit to hotel. Service very slow. Not enough people behind the front desk or any othe4 desk like cashuers desk etc

Check in for our two rooms was supposed to be 4pm. Neither of the rooms were ready. They downgraded 1 of our rooms due to the fact that we had a 5 month old with us with no real way to sit and wait a couple of hours. This was helpful, but it required downgrading our room.

The check-in was very quick and the room was very clean and comfortable. The service staff was very friendly and engaging as were the dealers and slot attendants We will definitely be coming back to Ballys.
