Do not stay at this hotel! They charged my card $100 for incidentals that I did not use and are not refunding my money. In my opinion this is theft!!! The room was not clean and the staff was rude!

The place to be and a great value!
Mrs. LaSonya was a blessing. She helped us checked in with easy and great to deal with. Our rooms were nice and breakfast was fulfilling. The gym was also great and the coffee is hot. Would stay here again when I’m in town, thank you.

Thr floor in the room was disgusting. I wiped up some water that had spilled on the floor and the towel was filthy…so I used a wet towel on the rest of the floor including the room and the dabthroom…grossly and disgustingly dirty. Clean the f floors. Also the bedding was stained. I travel with my service dog and was put in a “pet” room…was this the reason it was so substandard? A service dog is not a “pet” and I should never have been placed in that room.

My main gripe is that we had to constantly get new door cards because they were super sensitive to any electronic or cell phone. The other is that when they did clean the room, they didn’t vacuum, the towels smelled of vinegar, and they somehow unplugged the air unit and the room was warm for most of the night. The staff were professional and helped with each of our problems quickly.
