Staff was rude. The beds had a very noisy plastic cover under the sheets that kept waking us up. The was blood on some of the towels and in the bathroom. We were too tired to get a new place.
I had asked for a ground floor room and once again this hotel denied it due to having a service dog. I didn't make waves and went ahead and took the 2nd floor since there was an elevator but this is a direct non-compliance to ADA. Hotels are not allowed to designate specific rooms as "dog rooms", and not discriminate for certain floors for service animals. I suggested they read the ADA website and become familiar.
Just dirty and scary , didn’t even have a top lock in my room, like the chain lock. It was ripped out the door so useless. Sheets were stained and it all just smelled bad and looked filthy
