I like that the room is spacious but that is all. The thermostat cannot be adjusted at all, the light over the sink flickers which was told to the front desk but was never corrected, there were black ants coming from the night stand, and the front desk lady was rude and not that helpful either.

The room upgrade was a no go for me. If that was an upgrade I'd hate to think what my first room looked like. The door to the my room had at least a 2inch gap at the bottom of the door. In other words, I could literally get all of my fingers outside, up to the knuckles of my hand. Scary I know. The temperature outside dropped when was there, and my room was extremely cold. I tried to turn on the heater, but all that came out was cold air. The heater did not work. To be honest, I would've done better sleeping in my vehicle. I WON'T and WILL NOT be returning, ever. I will also give others I know, a fair warning/ heads up to the poor conditions there.
