This property has not resumed valet or room service since covid. Since I was traveling alone, I did not plan on having to walk from a detached parking garage.

It's okay but not worth the price.
Hotel was nice. Minus ants in the bathroom. Restaurant downstairs was fair priced and great portions. Coffee shop was super slow. I was second in line and waited for 20 minutes before I finally just left. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Casinos in hotel are small and not active. The environment had no livelihood. Front staff were friendly.

Worst hotel in Shreveport! Rude manager! Got kicked out for staying 14 days when in the past I’ve stayed almost a whole month because I work in the area and travel from Texas. I do not recommend this hotel.
