We are regular travellers and have stayed at a lot of hotels globally. The level of service offered at this hotel is above any that I have ever seen. Every staff greeted us by name and welcomed us by walking out to the parking lot with wet towels each time we returned from a trip. They left absolutely no room for error in service. We were welcomed by different levels of management, including the General Manager. The breakfast was really delicious and had a lot of variety. We did not use the pool but the swim up bar looked amazing. The location was just a 1 minute walk to many of the best streets around. A special thank you to Pisen for making our stay exceptional.

This place exceeded our expectations.The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was great too but the staff made the biggest impression on us (which is saying a lot given the quality of the hotel). From the moment we were picked up from the airport the staff really made us feel like we were welcomed and looked after well. Thank you souch for helping to make our trip to Cambodia unforgettable!

Our recent family vacation at Central Suite Residence was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest and most genuine staff who made us feel right at home. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with everyone going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The buffet was a highlight of our trip, offering a wide variety of delicious selections that catered to all tastes. We were especially impressed by the personal touch of the General Manager, who went out of her way to include our favorite Khmer dessert as part of the buffet selection—truly a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. A wonderful hotel with genuine, friendly, helpful staff that go above and beyond. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you need. Refreshing towels are provided upon return to the hotel- just one of the many extra touches that will make your stay enjoyable. The pool is a good size and perfect for cooling off after a hot day sight seeing. Restaurant food is delicious and reasonably priced. Easy to grab a tuk tuk and hotel staff will ensure you pay an acceptable price. We had a positively memorable stay and would definitely stay there again!
