Underwhelming experience
Very disappointing overall. The air conditioner made a loud clicking noise and when we asked them to repair it they told us just to leave the fan on low which did not solve the problem. The shower had hot water intermittently as did the sink. The water is a rather unsightly brown color and I ended up buying bottled water so I can brush my teeth . The window had a leak so in the rain storm water ran down the inside of the wall and onto the floor and I had to mop it up. The breakfast is very basic and has little variety. Pillows were very thick and hard. The only positive is the close proximity to the major sites and just 3 km from the pub Street dining District Would not stay here again

The staff was super friendly! The hotel is conveniently located just outside the city center. The food was great and the staff was exceptional. The pool area and the rooms were also fine. We had a fantastic 2-day stay at this hotel, mainly because of the amazing local staff.

Wow, this hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was so well-maintained and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. This place is a great spot to relax. It’s also very close to the temple, just a short walk away. The staff is super friendly and the place is super calm. The food options are limited, but they’re all really good and make a great breakfast.

This hotel is a lovely little oasis after a day of hot temple touring. The grounds are lush and tropical and the pool is so gorgeous. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.
