This was the best hotel experience I have had in south east asia. Mr. Kim provided phenomenal customer service in every regard. While I was there I suffered an unfortunate accident and Mr Kim treated me like his family, even taking me to the local hospital. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Mr Kim and the staff at King Rock Hotel. From the beautiful and clean accommodations to the food and customer service, this hotel experience was amazing!!!!

Stayed for 7 days. Staff was excellent . Location is great. Khmer grill at the corner Of the road is best quality & value for meals. Hotel breakfast Was good when a la carte. Buffet breakfast could be Eliminated, less waste & better quality. Staff was so friendly kind Highly recommend

The website photos being a lie
Disappointed, what we see in hotel and hotel.com website of the appearance was totally different. The entrance, reception, restaurant are run down and looks old. The food for breakfast was not good and cat roaming around the tables and also jump on empty chairs and tables. The room balcony not clean and the towels are felt like rugs.

It is a nicely designed small Cambodian hotel in an undeveloped quiet area yet is very convenient for walking into the town.The rooms are well appointed with huge beds and walk in showers. The hotel’s staff are charming and their Tuk Tuk driver Mr Sopha did a great job driving us around the temples.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is within 5 minutes walk to Pub Street and Night Market. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern designed and spacious. The AC works well and good water pressure for the shower. The selection and quality of breakfast need to be improved.

Service was amazing, the staff were super polite and always smiling and helpful. Tuk tuk driver came to pick us up from the airport. Most people could speak adequate English. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Siem Reap at this hotel :)

方便，舒服，服務好的飯店
這飯店旁邊就是餐廳跟按摩，走到夜市很近，非常方便～ 早餐好吃，服務很好，每天出去回來都會跟你聊天問你今天過得怎樣，很貼心～ 然後硬件也很好，床很舒服，房間夠大～唯一不好的應該是水壓太低，洗澡不夠爽而已，其他都很好～下次來可以再住。

Hotel eccellente e a prezzi ottimi, soprattutto in bassa stagione quando ci sono offerte decisamente interessamti. Personale professionale e sorridente, ottimi anche il bar è il ristorante. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza con jacuzzi e divo dire che, dopo una calda giornata ai templi, non c’e Niente di più rilassante di una piscina privata con idromassaggio. Posizione eccellente, si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi pub street e in zona ci sono molti ristoranti carini e gustosi da provare Lo consigliamo vivamente!

방 상태 깨끗해서 좋았고 침대가 너무 푹신해서 사기. 수압이 약간 약한게 아쉽긴하지만 에어컨도 빵빵하고 방 좋아서 밖에 나가기가 싫었어요. 그리고 조식 맛있어요. 메뉴에서 메인디시는 골라서 주문하는 형태입니다.
