The property site is beautifully situated for an incredible sunset view of the property and the hillside town of Siena! Stunning.

Beautiful View
We got a great welcoming at the reception. They were quick on solving a little issue. Lot of information of stuff to do around. Nice pool, quiet place and beautiful view on Siena. Both breakfast and dinner were amazing.
BEAUTIFUL!!!!! We loved our stay at this property - the staff was friendly, accommodating and dedicated! This was an amazing experience. Also the food and wine was fantastic!!!
The property is very special and beautiful. The people are very friendly. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant is lovely.
The only thing that is missing is the possibility of making/purchasing coffee except for breakfast.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The rooms needed a do over... new bedspreads , rugs etc Bit the location is beautiful and we had a fine dinner at night in their garden . The furniture in the garden had no cushions .
Views are breathtaking. Bed comfortable. Our room a/c not the best. Was hot, but pool more than made up for it. Breakfast wonderful. Coffee divine. Wish we stayed another day. Will definitely go back.
This is a lovely Winery/farm a short 10 minute drive from Siena. We enjoyed walking the pastoral surroundings of the hot, I believe dating from the 1400s. Staff was very helpful and dinner at the restaurant was enjoyable with exceptionally friendly service.
Our only negative was that we were told a policy that we could not take any food from our rooms, though we would have enjoyed a bit of al fresco wine-and-cheesing after a day in Siena. This rule, and not the staff, made us feel a bit more like poor relations than guests.
Lovely welcome ,very helpful and friendly team. Beautiful views over to Siena whilst having dinner outdoors in the evenings. Room was very comfortable, well maintained and again fabulous views, we were based in the main house. Pool based amongst the olive grove excellent for a relax and cool down after a day of site seeing in Siena.
Pool was clean and clear. Food was good. Apartment on premises was great for family of four. Close to Siena but no city problems. Great experience in a working villa
A lovely property with amazing local history still owned by the original family. Onsite wine and olive oil production with tours and tastings available. We were warmly welcomed by staff on arrival in the car park and formally farewelled which was such a lovely touch. Amazing views over Siena which is convienitly very close.
Our satnav took us to wrong entry via their vineyard which apparently alot of people do, so why not put up some signs? Once we found it everything was good. No lift so just take in what you need. Beautiful dinner at their restaurant and breakfast good. View of siena from restaurant is unbelievable.
Hotel was in a stunning location, with far reaching views, with a beautiful sunset to eat your evening meal to. Room was a bit shabby and it it would have been nice to have a kettle or at least water in the room. Waiter was lovely and the food was scrumptious.
This is a working vineyard and wine and olive oil producing farm. Character villa in beautiful, peaceful countryside, close to Siena. Had a tour of the property and saw how the wine was made and stored. This was followed by dinner and a wine tasting. Lovely evening. You'll need a car or taxi to go anywhere.

Disliked: Room comfort
Great location with squeaky beds
Villa Cambi is the perfect location for a Tuscan holiday right outside of Siena's city walls.
Pros:
Location
Lots of space (we had the apartment)
Quite
Great views of the valley and Siena
Small kitchen
Cons:
Limited hotel services
Uncomfortable (and sqeeky) beds
Small bug issue in the room
Overall it is all about the location of this hotel as this feels like a side business to the winery. Staff is friendly but services/ amenities are limited
It's lovely, great view to Sienna.
Didn't realise it's on vin yard. Tried the Castel Pungna Chianti Classico grown outside the room windows...can't go wrong with that!
A few too many rules for the pool, but hang on to the swim cap, it will come in - the Italians seem to like them!
We stayed 5 nights at Villa Cambi, 2 days to visit Siena, and 2 days visiting San Gimignano and travelling the Chianti wine routes. It is located in a working vineyard - the wine tour in which we tasted 3 wines and paired with food provided, is well worth it - be sure not to drive afterwards. Breakfast is an extra 5 euros each, but also well worth it. There are no set evening meals. Although it is a few km from Siena, it is possible to walk reasonably safely (from traffic) in daylight to town. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We'd like to stay at Villa Cambi again.
Perfect place in the Tuscan hills. Extraordinary view of Siena in the afternoons. Breakfast is fantastic !!! Even though they do not have a restaurant, that allows you to buy some cheese, prosciutto, bread and wine and spend the beautiful afternoons in the garden, watching the sunset and a panoramic unique view of the vineyards and olive trees. The view from our room (blue) was nothing less than spectacular. If you want to experience how it is in the Tuscan hills, come here!!! Alicia and Jose were very nice and helpful. Alicia's recommendation for restaurants in Siena was amazing! Thank you!... I will plan to come again.
The Villa Cambi is spectacular...my only regret is that I did not stay longer! Giuseppe, the hotel and vineyard manager, greeted us upon arrival, showed us our nicely appointed rooms, then offered us a fascinating tour of the vineyard and farm, with an informative tasting of the wines produced there. The entire visit was a peaceful holiday from a hectic holiday!
The history of this ancient site captivates and the views of Sienna in the distance and the surrounding hills and fields insure a return visit!
We recently stayed at Villa Cambi.... There are no words. If you want a beautiful escape outside the lovely town of Siena then look no further. The villa and views are breathtaking, the staff lovely and the possibilities endless. Go for it! Hoping to return again in the future.
Absolutely gorgeous rural villa and vineyard. Great wine, amazing service, nice people. If you don't want to be in the city stay in a vignoble! The fireflies in the small adjacent forest after dark were charming too! Very hilly environment for morning runs in Tuscany!
