When I arrived at Hotel my reservation was not received. They had rooms available so I paid for a room im person. Since Expedia took over this is common in this town.

hotel in poor condition

no chair in the room, had to sit on the bed. shower really tiny but it did work. no hot water in sink even though running the water to get it....service in restaurant poor due to not enough help. Ate lunch and dinner. Food was okay, not great...restroom on bottom floor no paper towels. hotel looked shabby and in poor condition. elevator broken, stairs carpet worn. front stairs chipped paint. chairs on outdoor eating space and table very hobby, water glasses almost tipped over.

Checking in was great… The bar was a disaster Bartender was overwhelmed and the lady- owner didn’t help her at all… lost a lot of business in the bar we waited 20minutes standing at the bar waiting for the bartender to get 4 beers and 4 drinks with the owner standing there watching it was embarrassing

Restaurant was out of several items on both the breakfast and dinner. Room was on the 3rd floor. We had 2 bags and an ice chest, the elevator was broken. Bed was very uncomfortable with a large crevice in the center of the bed. Very unsafe shower/tub.

Elevator not working. Saloon closed for weeks. Restaurant not open. Unable to control room temperature. Bathroom smelled of urine. Could see that the floor was not clean in bathroom.

Our room was clean and welcoming, however the next day we could not shower as the shower head was broken. The restaurant was not available for a hot breakfast, which we anticipated from their website. Some of the staff did not seem to know much about the surrounding eateries and when they were open. The bright spot is that we enjoyed an EXCEPTIONAL dinner at The Copper Pig located down the street in Warren.
