Our experience was OK. There was remideling going on but we were told our side if the hitel was done. Yet there was still drops of paint on the floor and in the tub. The tub was clearly very old and the toilet ran all night. The carpet was new and the bed was comfortable.

Not a good place to stay at this point because of the reconstruction.However the staff was excellent especially Jose. We checked in and we didn’t like it so he allowed us to cancel. Not to many places would do that.

They had a crew painting. The doors were WIDE OPEN in the morning freezing the hallway. The crain truck was taking up the parking lot. All necessary I suppose.

The pool was out of order and the refrigerator had mode on the door. I don't think will be using Hotel.com anymore because I use to be able pay when I get to the the hotel. So if I don't like the I can canceled. This is the second time I got a room that it wasn't nice.

Only reason i picked there to stay was so the grandkids could go swimming and the pool was closed.also, was not much of a selection for breakfast. If you stayed more than one day, would get the same food. Only two of the four dpi keys on the juice machine worked and pancake machine didn’t work. Ran out of milk, and cinnamon rolls were only available one day.

I am done with Expedia. I stayed in a room in Roswell, NM that had a pool and hot tub as part of the description.....neither was open. This hotel had a pool. I was travelling with three grandsons who were ready to swim but the pool was not open. Perhaps if I made the reservation myself I would have been notified about the lack of swimming pool. The hotel's maid had to be instructed to leave enough towels for the FOUR of us. The maid took some of the trash. How tough is it to empty two trashcans. I could go on and on but it is pointless. On the good side the women who "manned" the breakfast were exception and made sure everything was good. I paid $575.25 for four nights in a hotel that advertised a pool but it was not open. Shame on this Holiday Inn Express.

For 200 bucks a night and under the name Holiday Inn Express, I expect a little better. --Pool advertised was closed --Room had no fridge --Shower head is caked up with minerals and needed properly cleaned --No vending or ice on the 3rd floor --The vending area at the front desk was in disarray with limited choices, though the clerk was very nice

The room was clean and the beds had plenty of pillows. There is a Wendy’s across the street me and my kids walked to. My only complaint is that the pool is closed for the foreseeable future.

The room was clean, quiet and fairly spacious, beds comfortable. Sink stopper didn't close completely and sink drained poorly, AC compressor very noisy. Overall a good place to stay but could be better with a little more attention to detail.
