The location was great but i would not stay here again. Trying to get basic amenities such as towels was a hassel for days. The power also continued to go out.

The villas at Simpson bay resort was excellent it was in proximity to everything on the island. My only complaint is the WiFi . The WiFi is horrible the facility needs to do better.

I did like the room and the restaurant was okay. Room service was terrible. The house keeping did not clean the bathroom as should. In my reservation, i did say that I would get a VIP Welcome gift, which we do not received. We only receive two bottle of water.

The staff were 10 stars! Everyone was helpful and accommodating! Ziggy at the swim up bar is literally the life of that property. He makes every single person feel like they are his best friend. Ziggy can take several drink orders at once and actually remember them! We will be back here soon!

I liked having the private beach. The staff was very helpful, they even looked for a jacket I had left in a shuttle and made sure I got it back. The pool and beach staff were friendly and made sure our drinks were replenished needed.

Location is great, facilities are good and staff are friendly. However, check in was long wait, sheets were dirty (clearly used and long hairs inside the bed). Also, bell man didn’t show up after being called TWICE to help with our bags.

The Villa's at Simpson Bay is a nice resort. The Room size is very nice and well laid out. The cleaning staff visits your Room every day to tidy it up. The beds are comfortable and very large in the Master Suite and there are also 2 Murphy Beds in the living room for the kids or extra guests. The kitchen is well supplied with everything that you would need for your stay. It has a Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher. There are 4 pools on the property, I recommend the Big Pool on yop of the hill as the water is cooler. The other 3 pools are crowded and the water is like hot soup. On the Not So Good Side , the Air Conditioner System broke but it was repaired by the next day, Power Failures occured several times every day and thankfully the resort had a Backup Generator to continue supplying power. (The St Martin, Generator Plant deliberately Load Sheds electrical service causing Rolling Blackouts across the Island). Restaurants are pleantyfull and very reasonably priced. You must try (Sal and Pepe) Italian Restaurant as it was excellent and order the Linguine with Clams. Driving on the roads are terrible, the traffic signals are little to none and street signs are almost none existent also. so make sure your phone has the added out of country service so you can call and use either Google Maps or Waze to get around. I used Waze and it worked great. Thats my Honest Review I hope it helps you all out.

I loved our stay here . The ocean and pool view amazing. We are on the first floor so our patio was right in front of the pool. Swim up bar was great and buy one drink and get one free ran every day from 3pm to 5pm. So relaxing and so much to do. Excursions right here out of hotel . We loved it here and will be back!!

Property was well maintained. Staff was very friendly. The concierge was amazing. I forget her name but she was extremely helpful and friendly. The beach was immaculate. The property was clean and the food on the resort was really good. Overall no complaints and I would definitely visit again.
