Booked Double room through hotels.com for me and two kids for 3 nights, one kid is under 4 yrs, After booking, send a email to the hotel to confirm the room and arrival time, been told everything is ok. On the arrival day evening, nobody at reception, called the owner, been told no double room left for us due to their system error, no apology and no explain, only ask me and two kids to stay in a 6 bed dorm room, and badly only left two upper bed for us. After i even found out another 2 person sleep on the mattress on the floor in that tiny room. Totally unacceptable and horrible, the people in the room end up sleep from 3am and by 6am got up again,me and my kids was badly disturbed and only slept 3 hours . The next day morning, after complain to the receptionist and request 1 st night money refund, the owner never showed up and refuse to give refund for their poor service. I had paid full price for private double room through hotels.com , but the hotels give me 2 bed in a dorm and refuse to refund the difference. totally rip off. Do not stay in this hotel unless you want to arrive and end up with no room like me.
