The room was tiny, like really tiny. It was clean and didn't smell or anything. I probably wouldn't plan on a long stay because of the size of the room. The toilet paper wasn't on a roll, it was basically sheets like from a tissue box, which was odd for a new hotel.

We got the breakfast with the accommodation and it did not disappoint. We used public transportation that was close to the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Nice room but should have had wash basin in the bathroom. The safe was far too small, hence could not put my handbag in it. So only put in my wallet. Forgot that, and had to get a taxi back from the cruise ship to the hotel, than back to ship. But the check-in cruise had kept the wallet safely, so thank you for that. Very helpful lady on check-in, name began with "N" Very good English language.

The person at check in did not speak English well. He was engrossed with other customers departing and seemed obsessed by them. Consequently my check in took ages. The lifts did not work well because the scan cards didn’t seem to work properly. There were stains on the sheets. The pool contained some very dirty items. The room is tiny.
