It is convenient to get around, the room size is pretty good. It is walkable to Marina bay, the merlion, Chinatown and the downtown area.

The hotel was OK. We arrived very early morning and were advise that if we wished to check in there would be a fee which was fine but I found the fee a bit steep. When we questioned the fee we were told we would have a free upgrade to compensate the fee. However, my room was not a refurbished room and was very tired and outdated.

Newly refurbished high rise hotel. Very nicely done. Close proximity to tourist attractions which are a metro or cab ride away. Hotel offers two meal options main restaurant and Chinese on another level. When I eat here unfortunately for a 4 Star hotel it lacked in taste, quality, selection. breakfast which I prepaid $36/26 US Singapore dollar a day with taxes was better than dinner/lunch. Eggs were runny/soup. Dinner another $75.00 Singapore dollars. Awful experience. My fav here I needed to do laundry. $16.00 USD to do 1 load wash/dry. If you wanted your laundry washed for you two pants $23 USD Lots hotels Singapore so choose wisely.

Hotel M was a great place to stay. Close enough to Chinatown and downtown to walk. Safe area. Hotel is a little old, especially the bathroom, but the staff was so friendly and helpful!
