Everyone is great at this hotel. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Singapore. I love going to their dining area. The staff are great especially Mary, Kriselle, Princess, Henry and the management.

Room is spacious and clean, and staffs are kind. I found left over bottles of shampoo and probably a shower gel from the previous guest. Complained to the desk and the lady at the front desk (probably the lady with galsses sitting on the right desk) but it was never fixed for 3 days..... breakfast is ok I guess.

The M hotel itself is beautiful regarding decor and style and could be excellent if properly maintained. In the first room we had, the Aircon didn’t work so we had to move room. In the second room, the hand washing basin was cracked and water constantly leaked on the floor when using it. Also, the towel rail was faulty as it had not been installed properly. Everything else in the room was excellent. The hotel location is fairly OK and quite close to an MRT station on the East-West line and to a 711.

We really enjoyed our stay at the M Hotel. The staff were helpful, courteous and amazing. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was big and lean also. Thank you.
