Had a great experience from start to finish. I emailed ahead to ask if there was somewhere to put my bags on the last day after check out and until my flight. Nothing was too much trouble. Not only did they look after my stuff until my flight they gave me access to a shower to freshen up too. After a few hours wandering around so close to the equator, in summer, this was greatly appreciated. The staff were super helpful. When I arrived I asked a question. The guys at reception sent me to my room as it was late and said they would call with the answer. They rang pretty much as soon as I walked in the room. After a gruelling flight that kind of thoughtfulness was a breath of fresh air. The room was absolutely spotless. As was the rest of the hotel and let’s be honest, the rest of the city. The room was massive with a view out to sea. M Hotel wasn’t the cheapest and I booked because I had read good things. Well worth the extra few quid. Very conveniently located for whatever you want to see in the city. If I return to Singapore this would be top of my list of places to stay.

Upscale hotel situated in Downtown Singapore. Room was super clean & spacious. Also, located nearby Tanjong Pagar MRT which enables easy & seamless commute anywhere. Staff also very helpful. Will definitely consider to stay again on my next visit. Highly recommended.

This is a run down 2-3 star hotel trying to be something else with a high price tag. Poorly maintained rooms Stained and damaged fixtures in bathroom Battered peeling wallpaper and stained carpets Stale urine smell on the 18th floor ‘Smart room’ device which doesn’t actually work Flashing light on a water heater thing which can’t be switched off No drinking water in room Cramped breakfast area where hot food is served cold Ineffective staff Stay anywhere else in Singapore. It will be better.

There was no housekeeping service. We stayed for two nights and they didn’t cleaned our room during our stay, neither they change towels and provide other amenities services. Also, they charged $17 for one time laundry service.

The room and hotel was ok. The location had a lot of construction around it but walking distance to Chinatown where you can find lots of shopping and places to eat. Unfortunately we had one of the parties not be able to attend the vacation and we tried to get the hotel to work with us by giving us a full refund for the unused room. We booked three. Unfortunately these corporations are so greedy that they denied us that one request despite us having stayed for 2 other rooms. That was disappointing as we still gave them business. Expedia did not help in the attempt to advocate for what’s right and they did not return our request in a timely fashion. Highly disappointed and feel taken advantage of for something they could’ve rectified easily
