It was quite crowded at check in but the staff was accommodating, courteous, and flexible. The room was clean, modern, and convenient. It had a small balcony breezeway which I found very nice. Overall, and enjoyable stay.

Service was incredibly slow. They are very polite, but slow. I have seen quite a few employee pulling out a phone at the busiest time. A few just fooling around with their work friend when a line of people are waiting for their service. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

We booked a Premier Two bedroom which was perfect as a family of four with 2 teenagers. The balcony was a wonderful addition for enjoying a drink in the evening or coffee in the morning. Great location near a variety of restaurants, shops and 10min walk from a metro stop. Staff are welcoming and extremely helpful.

Lousy check in experience
The check-in counter was in complete disarray, with a setup so poorly organized that it caused widespread confusion about which queue to join. People were crowding around the check-in area, creating chaos. It took an incredibly long time to get checked in. Meanwhile, the check-out counter remained empty all day, with staff idly standing by instead of helping to alleviate the situation at the check-in counter. This lack of initiative was frustrating and could have easily been addressed by reallocating staff to manage the crowd. They really need to address and resolve the issues with the check-in process. The experience was a significant disappointment!

Staying at the Pan Pacific Orchard hotel was a fantastic experience. Conveniently located near Orchard road, the building itself is a modern architecture. One of the highlights was the stunning pool, providing breathtaking views of the cityscape. Can't wait to return!!

My family stayed here for several days, and while check-in went smoothly, the line services felt unprofessional and inattentive. No one greeted us as we walked by customer service. However, the hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Premier Twin Rooms are a little small and bizarrely no drawers in our room only a hanging closet. Pool is lovely but doesn’t get the sun so the water is cold. Gym was good and looks out over the pool which is nice. Should consider extending buffet breakfast to 11 am on weekends!
