The mattress was EXTREMELY firm with pretty soft/squishy pillows and a lack of dedicated headboard (instead has some stiffer memory-foam esque square pillows for the headboard). However, it had a mattress cover/protector without even requesting so no worries about bugs! No breakfast included but is pretty walkable to a few cafes, and has a decent amount of bars/brewhubs nearby. The side facing the street could get a bit noisy at night but indoors was pretty quiet. Free wifi and free parking (via ramp). Has a small selection of cable but I watch streaming so didn't bother me. No issues whatsoever with the staff, all three different ladies I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

We paid over $500.00 for this stay, and what we received was completely unacceptable. The room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival — sand was all over the floor, making it uncomfortable to even walk barefoot. The toilet was not working at all, forcing us into an embarrassing and inconvenient situation for the entire stay. On top of that, there was no soap provided, which is a basic necessity every property should have. For this price, I expected a premium, hassle-free experience. Instead, I received conditions that would be unacceptable even at a budget motel. The lack of cleanliness, broken bathroom facilities, and missing essentials show a complete disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction. This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a complete failure to deliver what was promised and what I paid for. I am requesting a full refund immediately. If management values its reputation and future business, I expect this matter to be resolved without delay. I will be escalating this review publicly and through the appropriate channels if no resolution is offered promptly.

Hotel was very clean and easy to find in the historic district. Easy walking to bars and restaurants. Hotel room was vey clean. Bed was so-so and pillows were awful for a Marriot Properties. Other than that, no issues.

The hotel is located in downtown, which makes it easy to walk to entertainment and nice restaurants. The lobby is large. However we were there on a Saturday night the traffic, loud music, talking and yelling went on until 3 am. Our room faced the bars and the bar lights were on lighting our room all night. The curtains and black out curtains wouldn't close all the way. The hotel is not sound proof so you can actually hear and understand the conversations from the street while laying in bed. The aftermath of a fun night out covered the property in the am. Dodging the bottles and cans wasn't real fun when walking my service dog. The staff was nice and the room clean. It was a good value.

Wyatt at the front desk was awesome! Super welcoming and helpful during check in. He gave me all the details and let me know the best place to park. The room was modern with great lighting and super clean. The bathroom was large and super clean as well. Room had everything we needed with a fridge and microwave as well. This is a wonderful hotel that I would be happy to stay at again. The kids loved the pool as well!

The traffic noise was high, loud bass, exhaust, etc until 2 am for our room that was facing the road. Pull out sofa was uncomfortable and could not sleep.

Great Beds

The most important, beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy with the ramp in back. We didnt get to experience it, but the location is nestled in a lovely downtown area.

The room was big enough for me and my friend. Also it was clean. The hotel also had a free workout area which both of us used. I don't like the fact that they don't have free breakfast. Also the television in the room did not work correctly and it was not due to user error.
