We stayed here one night on our way to the Black Hills. Check in was easy & quick, staff was friendly. Our room was quiet, clean and the beds were very comfortable compared to other hotel beds I’ve slept on. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the hot breakfast options and variety. Our only complaint was the pool was so cold my 4 year old who loves swimming didn’t want to swim in it, and the hot tub was like very lukewarm bath water.

The hotel looked new and was very clean. Beds were comfortable but it took a little bit to get the room temperature in an appropriate range. It was difficult to figure out how to set the sleep timer on the tv (remote is not user friendly even for tech people), and kids/teens running the halls and being loud between 12:30-2am was disruptive (but not necessarily the fault of the hotel). The water was hot, though, and didn’t run out!

Great place but no TV for entire stay

The hotel was great, clean and comfortable; however the TV service was out the entire stay. We would have not booked had we known about the TV issue. The front desk said it was only 2 floors that were out

The hotel is clean and the rooms are great. The only complaint i have was they said the rooms were soundproof and that definitely was not the case. I was there for work and got no sleep. The rooms around me were filled with some sort of youth group and the person above me stomped on the floor all night.

Love it!

Love this place! This is our go-to hotel. Just some visible dirt behind the doors and in the corners of the bathroom. Otherwise it’s pretty perfect.
