The woman that checked us in at the front desk had no personality nor warm greeting or smile. There were flies outside and inside the lobby. But the room was good.

There were stains on my bed skirt. Old donut behind the TV. One pane window with no storm window which made it noisy. Unpainted OSB board that the curtains were attached to. Refrigerator in the room was frosted up and would not cool. Breakfast was awful.

We got in late and by 7am on a Sunday morning all we could hear were the people working on the property talking loudly and going back and forth down the hall. Hopefully they had not gotten to renovations in our room yet as it had a musty odor worn carpet and definitely could use an update.

Disappointing but habitable
Brief stay based on location. Room was OK, beds were uncomfortably firm. Fitness room had only 3 rickety cardio machines and one stained yoga mat. There was a water dispenser, but no water. There was a towel rack, but no towels. Staff were nice enough. Hotel had a distinct smell that reminded me of essential oils, not unpleasant but not pleasant either

The manager allowed us the switch rooms immediately when the room next to us was very loud, so thank you. The room was ok, a little outdated and had stains on the floor. bed was actually comfortable. We picked this htoel because we needed something cheap/inexpensive and we got both.

Do not recommend.
Checked in around midnight with a prepaid reservation. Front desk clerk was on the phone, looked at me and said there were no rooms. I said I had a prepaid reservation and the asked for my ID. she said nothing else to me before giving me a single room card. No wifi password, no instructions about check out or breakfast. I asked where we should park and she said “wherever”. We ended up on the wrong side of the building, pulling our bags through the halls in the middle of the night. At 3am another couple keyed into our room, scaring us. Luckily we had thrown the dead bolt so they couldn’t get in. The room was comfortable but the non smoking room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Bathroom was very tight which would have been no big deal without all the rest of it. Property is undergoing renovations and there is debris in the back lot and pallets of furniture in the front.

I booked a handicapped accessible room & it was furthest from accessible! I brought it to the attention of the front desk person & he basically said, oh, sorry. 0 effort to do anything about it. The area was very sketchy & it was so loud!

Owners were replacing ceiling tiles and made mess in the lobby. Ceiling tile debri through out building. Stained bed sheets and yellowed towels. Unkept landscaping, weeds and piles of rocks. Exterior appearance of sn abandoned building. Building should be torn down.

The original room we were in had blood all over the carpet. We cleaned the shower, toilet and sink in the new room. The breakfast buffet had ants.
