CASA ANCARANO is a charming, renovated historic farmhouse made from the white rock of Monte Conero and is situated on a hillside in the naturally protected Parco del Conero with breathtaking panoramic views all around.

The upper floor of the historic main house with loggia in the viewing tower is rented out exclusively – so that families and friends of up to 6-8 people can enjoy a special ambience with plenty of space and peace and quiet.

The loving furnishings make CASA ANCARANO a romantic holiday home with atmosphere. The guest area on the first floor covers 130 square metres with a central living room and kitchen, 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the loggia with a small dining table you can enjoy the marvellous view over the hilly landscape of the Marche.

In the private garden area for guests only, there are tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers as well as a barbecue. Hidden between oleander and almond trees, a shower invites you to refresh yourself in the open air.

The entire property measures 5000 square metres and is fenced. With its own lavender field, grapevines, fruit and almond trees, pine trees and olives, the garden is an oasis with plenty of opportunities for relaxing.

No other tenants are present during your stay. The hostess is housed in a side part of the building - far enough away to ensure peace and privacy, and close enough to provide advice and assistance or to book your favourite restaurant.

SURROUNDINGS

Hiking trails right from the front door lead along various routes and trails into the Mediterranean maquis of the Parco del Conero. The nature-protected regional park covers over 6,000 hectares of forests, gorges and the summit of Monte Conero, which rises spectacularly 572 metres above the sea. The views of the sea are breathtaking.

La Riviera del Conero is only 3 kilometres away and is considered one of the most beautiful landscapes on the Adriatic. White beaches are embedded in the steep coastal landscape of white limestone cliffs. Le Due Sorelle (the 2 sisters), bizarre rock formations in the turquoise blue sea, are the favourite symbol of Sirolo. The water quality receives the international ‘La Bandiera Blu’ eco-label year after year.

The nearest beaches are at SIROLO; the wide and fine sandy beaches between NUMANA and MARCELLI are convenient for families, while surfers will find their paradise south of Marcelli or in PORTONOVO. The picturesque bays, beaches and first-class fish restaurants of Portonovo are famous.

For sailors, the small marinas of Numana, Portonovo and Ancona are the nearest ports of call. Non-sailors can hire motorboats or go on wonderful sightseeing trips along the rugged coastline to the Due Sorelle.

Perfect coastal villa
Our family of five adults had a wonderful week staying at Maria’s beautiful property. We enjoyed the close proximity to many lovely towns and beaches. The house was spotless, and the beds very comfortable. When I requested a thinner pillow, Maria responded right away and provided one. We love to cook, and found the kitchen very well equipped. The garden was a lovely place to have lunch and do yoga. Maria gave us privacy, but was there to give advise when needed — I feel like I made a new friend. We would definitely stay there again.

Wir hatten das Apartment bei Maria von Juni bis Januar.Wir haben uns alle super wohl bei Ihr gefühlt, weswegen wir unseren Aufenthalt dort gerne auch verlängert haben.Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft. Man hat vor Ort alles was man braucht. Maria ist eine super Gastgeberin!Ich kann es nur jedem wirklich empfehlen.Hoffentlich kommen wir dort nochmal vorbei! :)

Tolle Panorama-Lage
Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in diesem rustikalen Landhaus verbracht, mit wunderbarer Rundumsicht auf das Sylvesterfeuerwerk. Die nebenan wohnenden Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider funktionierte der Kamin nicht, das wäre das Tüpfelchen auf dem I gewesen.

Die ruhige Lage und die freundliche Atmosphäre machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, die Nähe zum Meer tut ein Übriges. Wir haben die kleine Bibliothek mit den Kochbüchern sehr gern benutzt. Danke für die schönen Sitzplätze im Garten.

Wunderschöne Tage in den Marken
Ein wunderschönes Bauernhaus, sehr stilvoll hergerichtet! Sehr zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen, Ankommen und Loslassen… Ziemlich alles hat gepasst, bis auf die Tatsache, dass wir von vielen Moskitos geplagt waren, Schnakengitter wären daher eine tolle Neuinvestition und auch ein Ventilator zumindest im Wohnbereich wären bei den hohen Temperaturen eine grosse Erleichterung gewesen. Ebenso erwähnenswert finde ich, dass nicht das ganze Haus den Mietern zur Verfügung steht, sondern nur ein Teil. Auch wenn die Vermieter sehr rücksichtsvoll und zurückhaltend waren, fühlt es sich doch anders an, als in unserem Falle erhofft! Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit in einem tollen Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend, vielen herzlichen Dank!

En dröm
Bostaden är allt som beskrivs. Det är en stor trädgård och en mycket stor bostad som är i toppskick. Det saknas fläktar och det var en oro eftersom vi var där mitt under sommaren, men det var aldrig varmt utan på kvällen sjönk temperaturen i rummen och det fläktade in bra. Värden var exemplarisk och gav oss många tips. Får 10/10 av alla i sällskapet

Fascino e bellezza al Conero
Il casale è in una posizione meravigliosa immerso nel Conero ma facilissimo da raggiungere e strategico per per spiagge di Sirolo. Il panorama è unico e si estende su tutte le colline fini a Loreto, Osimo, Camerano. Il casale è stato ristrutturato con grande gusto e autenticità ed è perfetto per godersi relax e vita all’aperto. Gli interni sono molto curati, tutte le stanze accoglienti, letti molto comodi e bagni eleganti e ben pensati. Marie Luise è un host fantastica, disponibile, simpatica e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti con molta attenzione ed eleganza. Casa Ancarano ha un vero fascino country con un tocco di stile moderno e sofisticato. Consigliatissimo!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir haben mit insgesamt 8 Personen einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Casa Ancarano verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön und vorallem sehr ruhig gelegen, man hat einen fantaschen Blick auf die Natur. Das Meer ist in der Nähe und so konnte jeder das machen, was ihm gut tat, entweder einfach im riesen Garten chillen oder mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten ans Meer fahren. Wir haben mehrere Yoga Stunden mit Maria genossen, es war einfach toll! Und so eine gemischte Yoga Truppe (Alter & Geschlecht), hat sie wohl selten gehabt. Das Haus selbst hat ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Vorallem auch die Küche hat alles was man braucht! Gerne haben wir auch an dem schönen Platz unten im Garten gegrillt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind sehr dankbar, Maria & Stefano kennengelernt zu haben. Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Caren, Sandro und der Rest der Truppe

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Region.
Für uns als Familie die perfekte Unterkunft mit sehr viel Platz und Ruhe vom Trubel. Herrliche Urlaubsregion, welches die Ursprünglichkeit Italien’s widerspiegelt. Tolle Strände und Buchten. Hauptsächlich von Einheimischen als Urlaubsziel avisiert. Dadurch bekommt man als Urlauber ein sehr authentisches Gefühl.

Schöne Rückkehr in die Marken
Das Haus und die Umgebung hat Alles was wir seit langem mit den Marken verbinden. Wunderschöne Natur, kulinarische Genüsse, weite Blicke über die Hügel bis zu den (schneebedeckten) Bergen und eine liebevolle Gestaltung der Unterkunft. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Regenerieren.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage
Wir haben mit insgesamt 8 Personen ein paar wunderbare Tage in der Casa Ancarano genießen dürfen. Durch die Lage des Anwesens ist wirklich jeder freizeittechnisch auf seine Kosten gekommen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man Fahrrad fahren, laufen und wandern. Außerdem konnten wir eine Yogastunde bei der Gastgeberin Maria in Anspruch nehmen. Der riesige Garten, von dem man von überall einen Tollen Ausblick über die charakteristische Landschaft hat, bietet aber auch zum faul in der Sonne liegen und lesen genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Zum Meer ist es mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto nicht weit. Maria hat uns außerdem mit Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung versorgt und auch verraten, wo man die besten Leckereien bekommt. Das Haus selbst hat uns sehr begeistert. Die Böden sind wunderbar und verleihen jedem der Zimmer eine eigene Atmosphäre. Wirklich jedes Zimmer ist individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der großen Wohnküche haben wir oft zusammen gekocht und gegessen. Wir haben uns rundum Wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Un soggiorno per rinascere
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa dimora unica per 15 gg e giorno dopo giorno ne abbiamo apprezzato ogni angolo..lo splendido casale ,la magnifica vista,la quiete ,la pulizia......ma chi rende unico tutto cio'e'la splendida proprietria bella dentro e fuori...Maria grazie per i tuoi preziosi consigli ,per averci introdotte in quello che non conoscevamo...lo yoga e per la pazienza avuta con i n rumorosi bambini e cuccioli....Grazie di cuore ❤

Herrliche entspannte Urlaubstage
Wir waren im Juli für zwei Wochen bei Maria zu Gast und haben traumhafte Ferien verlebt. Das Haus ist wundervoll gelegen in einem traumhaften Garten mit Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel. Es wurde mit Bedacht und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und ist geräumig und sehr sauber gewesen. Maria ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und hat uns immer mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Unser Highlight war der Pizzaabend, an dem Maria uns mit Pizza aus dem hauseigenen Steinofen verwöhnt hat. Wer möchte, kann sogar Yogastunden bei Maria machen, ich kann das nur sehr empfehlen. Die Aktivitäten in der Umgebung sind sehr vielseitig. Wir haben die wundervollen Strände in der Nähe sehr genossen und die Umgebung per eBike erkundet. Sirolo wird zurecht als die Perle der Adria bezeichnet. Gerne ein nächstes mal wieder!!!

Wir haben uns verliebt!
Wir schwärmen immer noch von unserem Familienurlaub bei Maria in den Marken. Ihr Haus ist eingebettet in eine wunderschöne, hügelige Landschaft mit vielen Sonnenblumen und kleinen Wäldern. Der weite Blick von der Terrasse auf die umliegenden Städtchen wie Osimo und Loreto bis hin zu den ca. 2 Stunden entfernten Monti Sibillini hat uns von Beginn an in seinen Bann gezogen. Der liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Gästebereich im ersten Stock des in den letzten 3 Jahren komplett sanierten Anwesens war sofort ein Zuhause für uns. Maria hat uns stets bestens mit tollen Einkaufs-, Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps versorgt, und war auch sonst bei allen Fragen und Wünschen rund um unseren Aufenthalt eine unaufdringliche und zugleich sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Die zahlreichen Sonnenstunden haben wir meist an einem der sehr nahen (10-20 Minuten mit dem Auto), traumhaften Strände des Conero verbracht, oder haben auch einfach mal nur im riesigen Garten gechillt – die Kleinen im mitgebrachten Planschbecken, die Großen unter der Außendusche. Die Abendstunden und den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang kann man wunderbar am großen Tisch unter der Tamariske genießen. Wir haben dort oft frischen Fisch oder Fleisch aus der Region gegrillt und uns dazu eine Weinempfehlung von Maria schmecken lassen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dafür sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben uns verliebt! In die Casa Ancanaro, in die wild-romantischen Strände der Marken, die vielfältigen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Marias Spaghetti moscioli. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder…
