Room was dirty, toilet wobbles, no pressure in shower. Woke up to a vile smell of sewage.

I booked a room with balcony I got room on the 3rd floor no balcony almost 50 stairs up not good when you are 75 years old.Room needs small unit to put unpacked clothes in and table by bed.bed was very comfortable but no mattress or pillow protectors.Did not see any staff during the week I was there.would stay again but only if I got what I asked and payed for.

At £83 a night for a single room, you'd have thought that they could afford a bottle of bleach to clean down the toilet!

The staff were super nice but the room was super basic, there was no wifi, and the room was super creaky. It could do with an update and remodel to improve the shower. Good for short stays, wouldn’t do more.

My room had a broken window that would not close. I raised this as an issue and they said I would be moved but this did not happen. I have previously reported this window as broken on a prior stay. I doubt it will be fixed in the near future. The walls are dirty, questionable stains on the carpet. Extremely noisy until 4-5 am every night.

looks nothing like the online picture we never even went in. Outside looked was filthy and looked like it should be closed down. Never ever seen any thing so bad. I expect a full refund and an apology.

The room was ok beds we’re comfortable but the noise there was people right out side the window till half 2 in the morning screaming and shouting and throwing thins from the top floors to the bottom and there was no hot water and the milk was off tea bags were stale and not in packets and sugar was hard and the place smelt like weed
