There were cockroaches in our room. There was a dirty towel left in the room. There was a liquid gel pill left on the floor of our room. Their was hair in the food we ordered from room service. The hotel manager did nothing to remedy any of the problems except for a hollow apology. Very disappointed!

Yes, the crew in the hotel was not helpful at all the restaurant people are very nice but the front desk especially overnight was terrible

Excellent hotel in the main square of Skopje. Great staff , great spacious room. The breakfast was very good ! 25 Euro to the airport via taxi.

Lovely stay, clean and tidy with large rooms. Breakfast is OK, and bar is has plenty of options. Check out is horrendously slow, allow 20-30 mins!
