Room has a wet dirty smell, chairs has dirty stains all over, window coverings has many hole in it . Carpet not clean , stains and holes. overall room was poorly kipped to be clean.

Our stay was fine. Breakfast was adequate. My suggestion is take your own pillow. Their pillows are overstuffed cushion-like and very hard on the neck. We just stayed one night and other than the pillows all was good.

This hotel was quite outdated in that the furnishings, carpets etc were worn out. The shower curtain was ripped and wouldn't even keep the water in and it was spraying everywhere.

Lakeview had all the elements needed for a short stay. Clean room, good bed and lots of hot water. The lady on reception was very good. A guest ahead of me had some issues with her reservation and was indecisive. The reception lady was very helpful, polite and professional with the guest during the registration process. My reservation was processed in under a minute. Excellent.

Common areas (hallways, stairwells and elevator) were dirty. Room was ok but it is showing signs of wear and lack of maintenance. Stains on furniture and carpets, dirty/ torn window coverings. Air conditioners in room 203 was in poor condition with very loud fan that engaged every five minutes (sounded like a turbo-prop plane was running outside). Room switch was not available until the next day after 11 am when we had already left the hotel for day’s activities. Complementary breakfast was of very poor quality. Ownership has obviously given up on maintaining the building and service level. Do not stay at this hotel.

Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay. The people in the room above us were stomping around at 1am. We tried to wait it out but finally complained to the front desk. It worked luckily. Other than that, we’d return. They provide breakfast. It was adequate.
