The reception area very welcoming Coffee tea always ready Small store to purchase chips nachos salsa etc Large dining area Our room very spacious , clean, modern design beautiful colours , very welcoming Only thing missing was a second chair We were two people and we wanted to sit and have a glass of wine but only one chair Ee called the desk and asked for a folding chair They immediately sent one up

I liked almost everything about this place, it had all I needed and valued, like lots of plugs for devices, easy shower access, clean as hell, good breakfast, lovely service, etc. Only thing is the breakfast, why use plastic utensils and paper plates, I get it, dishes are a drag but so is creating trash. Recommended!

The manager and front office staff are top notch in customer service, friendliness and professionalism! We arrived a day early and stayed 1 day longer and they were able to accommodate us! The free breakfast had a variety choose from and was very good as well. The rooms are spacious and very clean! Beautiful hotel and spotless. I would highly recommend. We will be back for sure!

This is almost a new hotel, it is quite clean, also it is in safe and convenient location. The most impressive thing is the service the provided to me. I left the things in the closet, they kept it well and helped to mail back to me. I like to take this opportunity to thank the staffs there, especially Karen, who is a very nice and responsive when I contacted the hotel to look for my things. He did double check and identified the things, then he suggested of helping to ship the things back to me. So, I am very happy to have got my things back. I really appreciate his support and quality service. I will certainly come back to stay this hotel when I travel this area again in future. Thanks again, Karen!!!.

My daughter and I stayed for 1 nighht with the Grandkids. The room was clean and the pool was warm. Love that! Do There's restaurants close buy and a mall we didn't have time to check out unfortunately. It's a very easy city to navigate and the kids had a I had a ball at the Aquatarium and the railway tunnel close by. They didn't enjoy the cruise at all though. We plan on returning next summer 🌞
