Comfortable stay
We only stayed one night and it was quite comfortable, the room was clean but the window was very tiny, the shower didn't have much pressure, there was water in the room, breakfast was ok and staff quite friendly. Will return again if in the area.

One day hot tub was not working 2nd day steam room was not working Hardly no water pressure in the shower And few days the hot tub and suna and steam room were not hot enough and swimming pool was cold

I stayed here as I was running a training session the next day at this venue. The hotel is quite old and the decor reflects this. I was in room 302 which was pleasant. Ensuite was good, large shower. Room had a desk, as well as a occasional table with 2 chairs. TV in room was okay but channel guide button on control did not work.

Overpriced for what is a basic hotel. Room door didn’t fit and was unsafe, serious if there was a fire. Superior room with Stained flooring and furniture. Tatty dirty towels. Take your own bedding, towels and toilet rolls and take water. Hotel room water not for drinking. Better still stay somewhere else. Staff pleasant and breakfast was good though.

Restaurant experience was ruined by children & some adults from an event other end of restaurant constantly walking/ running up & down past diners. Very disruptive & not dealt with by staff. No satisfactory action or compensation of any kind offered.
