This 4 bedroom, 3½ bath oceanfront duplex boasts spectacular ocean views from the decks on the ocean side, as well as lovely sunset views from the decks on the street side. Close proximity to the North Topsail Beach Seaview Pier allows for a fun activity for the family to walk or fish at the pier!

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.

**Check In Day: *Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message to the number you previously provided. This text will include a hyperlink that will direct to the Property Guide with all your check-in instructions, directions, FAQ's, Wifi info, helpful tips, and most importantly your information on how to gain access to the property. I loved the property but disliked the 3rd party management. Usually I can communicate through the VRBO app but this property requires outside billing and communication.

A Very Poorly Designed Beach House!
We were never told that the condo was perched high atop a dune necessitating a descent of more than 25 steps to get to the beach. The porch outside the top floor was very, very small and there was no awning over the porch chairs. There is one master bedroom on the top floor adjacent to the kitchen/living area. All other rooms are down a series of steep interior steps.
