I stayed here for a week and ate at the 2nd fl. Restaurant everyday. There is this one young server lady that has horrible attitude. She really seemed like she didn’t want to work, and just wanted to go home ASAP. Last order was 2pm, she kicked us out when we when we try to order at 1:53pm. Shame on you!

고성 여행시 매우 만족하는 숙소입니다. 위치도 매우 좋고, 음식도 훌륭해서 매우 만족하는 숙소입니다. 단지 숙소앞에 공사가 꽤 오랜동안 진행중이라.. 소음보다는 뷰에 아쉬움이 좀 있습니다... 그래도 재 방문의사 100%인 숙소입니다.

추천하지 않습니다. 차라리 속초아이 근처에 신상 호텔을 추천합니다.
4성급 호텔에 비해 너무 가격이 비싸고, 해변 공사로 인해 시끄럽고 뷰도 좋지 않습니다. 타월이나 어메너티도 일반 모텔같은 퀄러티이고, 조식뷔페도 가격에 비해 먹을 게 별로 없고, 리필이 잘 되어 있지 않습니다. 아무래도 장소가 외지고, 호텔 게스트가 부족해서 그런지 호텔 관리상태가 좋지 못합니다. 고급호텔의 서비스는 기대하지 마시고, 모텔보다 나은 호텔 정도로 가시면 실망하시지 않을 것 같습니다. 높은 가격에 많은 기대를 해서 그런지 다음에는 다시 찾지는 않을 겁니다.
