Sunset Place is a 2 storey townhouse ideally located in a quiet street within peaceful Soldiers Point. It has views to the water and is just an 80m walk to the sandy beach, where the sunsets are spectacular.

The townhouse features a downstairs living space with large windows, kitchen, powder room and laundry. Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twin singles. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has its own ensuite, and the main bathroom comes with corner spa.

There’s also an upstairs deck with table and chairs for enjoying the view and the weather.

Heating and cooling is well accommodated with split system reverse cycle air conditioner downstairs and ducted air conditioning upstairs.

WiFi (NBN) is included, along with a smart TV for logging into your favourite streaming apps.

There’s a garage with remote control to fit one vehicle, and additional off-street parking.

The property is lovingly cared for by the owners who spend plenty of time there themselves, as a second home.

Sunset Boulevard Soldier's Pt
The bedrooms and bathrooms good size comfortable. The living dining area is cosy. Kitchen good. Minor thing TV is small but worked well. Missing was a barbecue would have been so convenient for cooking easy meals on holidays. Summer barbecues are something convenient don't want to cook in the kitchen. Also missing was a very basic item a hair-dryer. When on holiday constantly in water and showering you need a dryer for your hair. It rained quite a bit too so getting wet definitely needed it. It was clean and comfortable. Close to beach short walk and with a water view from living area.

Great location but needs some attention
On arrival lots of dead insects around on floor, sink dirty in bathroom, doona covers need a good wash, mirror in main bedroom very dirty also a pair of men's underwear behind door which we left there as we were all ladies. This apartment would be great if just needs a really good clean and linen should be provided at no extra cost.
