In one of the most charming towns in Mallorca, Puerto de Sóller, we find this modern apartment divided into 2 floors, with a spectacular terrace, amazing sea views and capacity for 6 guests.
The spacious terrace is the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking in the Tramuntana mountains or on the beach. You can eat under the awning while admiring the breathtaking views or have a drink while marvelling at the sunset.

To access this modern flat, you will have to climb a steep flight of stairs from the street. The interior of the flat is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with AC and satellite TV. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor we have the 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two of them have air conditioning and one of them has an en suite bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with shower completes this floor. If you wish, we can prepare a cot and a highchair in case you travel with your baby. Finally, in the flat you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Puerto de Sóller is one of the most emblematic places in Mallorca with a beautiful beach. But the area offers many other fantastic places to visit such as the village of Sóller, Valldemossa or Deià. There is a wide range of routes for excursions in the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range. And don't forget to take the tram and train from Sóller to discover the beauty of the mountain range from a different perspective. Please note that in high season, parking is in high demand in the area.

Gute Lage, aber sehr wenig gepflegte Unterkunft

Das Haus liegt hübsch oberhalb des Ortes und man kann dort auch zu Fuß runtergehen . Schöne Steilküste um die Ecke.Wir waren im März in der Unterkunft- auf meine Frage vorab hieß es, das Haus kann gut geheizt werden. Es gibt aber es nur eine Klimaanlage im offenen Wohnraum unter der Decke- es wird dadurch nicht warm- in den Bädern und einem der Schlafzimmer gibt es gar keine Heizmöglichkeit. Wir haben viel gefroren , da es im Frühling noch nicht so warm ist auf Mallorca.In der Küche fehlten scharfe Messer, kleine Löffel, kleine Messer,, Gläser, Kaffeemaschine, die Spülmaschine war kaputt, in einem Bad gab es kein warm Wasser, die Balkontür war kaputt- diese Mängel wurden dann während unseres Aufenthaltes behoben von der sehr netten Verwaltung, aber wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Warum wurde das nicht vorab überprüft? Wir haben auch vorab viel Geld plus Kaution bezahlt.Der Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht.Das Haus sieht nicht aus wie auf den Fotos, es ist deutlich mehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Port de Soller ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Für Jeden ist was dabei. Wandern, Kultur, Erholung, Baden.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht.

Es gab einige Mängel, die aber nach der Kontaktaufnahme schnell behoben wurden. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig geschnitten und hat eine tolle, ruhige Lage

Betreuung / Zustand des Mietobjekts / Baulärm

Die Betreuung vor Ort war nur per E-Mail erreichbar und nur auf Englisch. Unsere Beanstandung mit Beweisbildern wurde nicht ernst genommen, obwohl wir schrieben, dass wir in ein anderes Objekt wechseln wollen. Auf der Terrasse fehlte die ganze Abdeckung, ein Sonnenschirm stand nicht zur Verfügung. Das Appartement nebenan wurde renoviert, d.h. Baulärm frühmorgens. Um diesem zu entfliehen, haben wir 2 Uebernachtungen in einem Hotel gebucht! Unkorrekte Angaben wie: WLAN Verbindung in der Hausordnung, unsere spezielle Anfrage bez. Kaffemaschine und Haartrockner wurden falsch angegeben. Allgemeiner Zustand des Objekts, Badewanne mit Rostflecken, Duschtüre unten rostig, unsaubere Schränke im Bad und in der Küche. Backofen sehr verschmutzt. Betten waren 2m lang, aber die Matratzen nur 1.90m (sieht toll aus!) Wir können alles mit Bildern beweisen.
