To begin with there is no light on the signs so it was very difficult to find at night. No one answers the phones. The elevators were broken which was nearly impossible for anyone with a walker to access the upper floors. The room was filthy, dirty blankets in the closet. Sinks that wouldnt drain. Food under the beds that we only discovered as we were packing up to leave. The ceiling was leaking near the stairs and the floor was soaked, there was just a wet floor sign but it hadnt been cleaned up. Kids were running the halls at 2am and yelling from one floor to another to friends. It appeared that a security person at the hotel had their entire family and a friend (wife and 4 kids) eating and using the pool and running around from morning until late at night. My child had an accident so i piled up the bedding to be changed and when we came back they had made the bed with the wet sheets, when we tried to call the front desk for clean linens no one answered. The place smelled like a combination of must, mold and Marijuana. For the cost our expectations were much higher, my family had a wonderful experience there in the past so I wonder how it could have gone soo downhill. We will never use this hotel again. I would recommend you to go anywhere else, especially if you have an elderly or disabled person with you.
