The hot tub spa no good, the water was cold. The hotel is far away of all. The restaurant inside the hotel, the food no good. The only one thing good was the breakfast.

Bad experience. It took me 30 minutes to get one drink and 1hr and half for the food. With a full hotel they only have 1 person in the bar and 1 person to get the orders at the restaurant. On top of that they charged me $25 for 30 minutes late check out. I’m not going there anymore

I room was very outdated. I booked a premium stay in which suppose to include snacks, beverages etc and there was NOTHING premium about this stay at all. I addressed the issue with the front desk and they gave me a cold shoulder and just said oh we don’t have that option any longer although I paid the “premium” prices. I then asked if I can get a different room being that the premium was prion wasn’t available they said no that’s all they have so I had an uncomfortable stay because it was the first room in the lobby right next to the front desk which was a lot of traffic and very noisy. This is unacceptable especially being a Hilton honors member for numerous years.

We really liked it, from the staff to the rooms to the atrium to the happy hour. We would definitely do embassy suites again, although avoid a fifth floor room at this location because of noise from HVAC units (or something) on the roof turning on and off.

The swimming pool was freazing , we called 3 times before booking and we were told that the swimming pool is heated When we went we found out that the pool was freazing like ice and we had kids with us. Didnot enjoy it at all
