They charged the whole reservation when I checked in. When I checked out earlier than planned, I had to argue for 45 minutes to get refund for the nights I did not stay.It was not a prepaid stay at special rate. Room was very small and horrible in every way. Only the lobby and and breakfast fast as expected. It is located next to industrial lot, you cannot walk outside at all. Questionable people hanging around the parking lot.

Beds were hard. Staff was polite but had a very hard time with incoming phone calls trying to contact me using English and telling them my room number. Hotel has been remodeled and is nice. Rooms are on small side but ok. Amities are few

O hotel estava com evento, no check in ao pedir ajuda a desembarcar as bagagens, em sem local para parar ofertam um carrinho ( estava com 2 crianças). Solicitei água no quarto disseram que eu teria que descer pra buscar no restaurante. A quantidade de travesseiros e cobertas não era compatível com a quantidade de pessoas no quarto. Já me hospedei nessa rede e essa experiência foi a pior de todas.

Excelente opção para viajante de carro.
O hotel atende muito bem as necessidades de viajantes de carro pelas estradas da região. O parque aquático, bem como a área de lazer, é excelente para divertir as crianças e relaxar após dirigir por algumas horas. A alimentação servida no restaurante é ótima e o café da manhã bem completo.
