This apartment is just as the pictures show, clean, very comfortable, spacious and modern. The washroom is large and the room includes a fridge, which is very convenient.
Central to all rooms is the kitchen where they serve a very simple breakfast of two pieces of thin toast and sweets, a 'breakfast' which is unfortunately very common in Italy.
Coffee is self serve, thankfully.
There is no reception, but there was good communication by phone. There should be better signs indicating which floor the hotel is on. I had to ask the business next door to find the place.
The building has an elevator for those who need one.
I had no trouble finding the actual building following google, and found that the center of town is a short 10 minute walk away, which is very convenient.
Something important to know about hotels in Italy: It is common for a 'hotel' to be the ___ floor of a building. Most of these hotels have poor signage, and that is the case with this one. Registering your phone when you book is very important, as this will likely be the way you'll get in.
