This was the best hotel in all of our stay in Italy. Our room was absolutely beautiful as well as the whole hotel was. The staff was great and very welcoming as well as informative. This hotel was in the perfect location. 10 minutes to the train and bus station, 10 minutes to the ferry and 2 minutes to the elevator that would take you to the beaches and minutes from shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing hotel in great location!!! A gem!
This hotel was the highlight of our trip! Loved the style and decoration. The rooms were great, beds comfortable and the breakfast and service better than many 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Deserves a 10/10 for sure. All staff was super friendly and willing to help. Location is great as it is in the city center and only 7 mins walking to the ferries.

This was a super clean and convenient luxury hotel. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the free breakfast everyday. Breakfast was beautifully displayed and it had a very homey feel. Great restaurants and wonderful shopping areas were very close. There is a long shopping street for pedestrians only nearby with many boutiques and restaurants. We loved Sorrento and this hotel was very convenient. We cant stress enough that the hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent.

Wonderful location near one of the squares, set back enough from the main road so it wasn’t too traffic filled. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was large with plenty of space and a view of the street and church tower. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is central. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was the stairs to the hotel. There was no direct elevator to the room, so carrying a suitcase or luggage needed extra work.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY AND ROOMS- Obsessed
We are obsessed with this entire hotel/room! It was so big and CLEAN! The pictures do not showcase the property well. I wouldn't even book another place after seeing this and the price for these rooms is amazing. There’s also an elevator, and so many restaurants and shopping next to it. Plus the breakfast is so good! You have two ladies who can make you a personal breakfast along with the buffet! We wish we had more nights to stay here before going back to Chicago!

This was the best place we stayed at in all of Italy! That says a lot. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was terrific every morning. The location was great and having the discount at the best beach club was icing on the cake. Five stars!
