Convenient location- a little road noise.Staff very friendly and obliging. Continental breakfast satisfying with reasonably priced more substantial items. Good value for money especially in a seaside town during school holidays

Collin the manager was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The property is clean and well maintained. We stayed in a luxury tent. The tent has a microwave and fridge but has no cooktop. Though there is a portable BBQ. My teenage boys love the water slides and pool onsite. I love the proximity to a quiet beach. My boys wanted to stay longer but we had work commitments. If you are coming from Ballina town centre, take the car ferry at Burns Point ferry to Ballina Beach Nature Resort - save you about 30 min drive. It is advisable to stock up some food at Ballina town centre before hopping onto the car ferry.

Great stay

I stayed in one of the "tiny house" cabins, I'd like to suggest a small shelf above the soap etc.bottles next to the sink for makeup or shaving gear etc. everything else ...perfect.

We come every few weeks. Very accommodating for us and our little dog. Can’t beat the location too.

Excellent property. Had everything we needed and was walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and a grocery store. Wish we could have stayed longer, and we would definitely recommend the hotel.
