Paid to upgrade to a corner room. Furniture was arraigned where it was not of any value. The windows were blurred in the seals. It detracted from the view. The first I knew there was an additional charge for parking was at check in. A bit of an unpleasant surprise. The temperature in the restaurant was extremely cold. We ended up taking our food up to the room. The location was great for what I wanted and the price was reasonable but it's doubtful I will return.

Very suitable for a Notre Dame football weekend. There is free shuttle to/from the football game on the hotel's corner. The staff is warm and friendly. The ND team stayed at the hotel before the game. River is across the street. Food and bar were perfect.

2 of 3 elevators were broken, rooms are very small. The pool was too cold to swim in. The hot tub is permanently closed. The parking is ridiculously overpriced. It didn’t live up to the reputation of Hilton Hotels. Rather disappointing. Staff was nice.

1 Star Hotel disguised as a 3 Star Hotel
This at best is a 1 star hotel. Rooms for dirty, the hallway had a smell sewage. I get the hotel needs renovations but at minimum cleanliness should be a top priority for management

Staff were very nice. Location across from the convention was perfect! Property is very, very worn starting with the parking garage that looks like it is falling down to the hotel room. Our room had peeling walls, tape holding parts of the ceiling up, drape that only worked on one side, windows that you could barely see out of, and an air conditioner that looked like it was going to fall from the wall. The breakfast buffet that normally is free at other hotels, was $18 per person. It was all disgustingly cold. After complaining they said they had new burners that weren't working right....but didnt bother warning when we sat down. Would have gone to Starbucks instead.

We have stayed at this location many times. I never have any complaints about our room. I always feel safe in the hotel and staff has always been friendly. My only complaint about the hotel itself is the temperature in the lobby/restaurant areas. It is always very cold inside. We actually had our room set to 78 after the pool because the hallways were freezing.
