We were happy with our stay because of the price. Fair $15 parking. The atrium and restaurant can get very chilly on cold nights to the point you need a coat. For the price, i would be happy to stay again. Slept great!

Property was clean room was clean we were on the 4th floor and it was noisy. They had a room evicted on our floor and then I had call front desk because kids were on the steps underneath our window screaming while a group of 8-10 adults were socializing and laughing until 2am. We were in south bend since our 1 year old grandson was admitted in the PICU at Memorial/Beacon Hospital.

Pretty good.
The staff was friendly when checking in and out. We went to several floors for ice abs none of the four floors we went to had working ice machines. Location was good and convenient for Notre Dame game.

Most of the elevators were out of service which caused a wait to go up to your floor and because the elevator was small, if it was filled with guests you’d have to continue to wait your turn. Left to grab dinner and the QR code wouldn’t scan to let me back into parking garage, first time staying at a hotel where you had to pay to park. Rude older black lady at breakfast and it wasn’t included with reservation. That’s a first. Rooms were small and uncomfortable, slightly dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

When I come to town I always stay here. This time was not the usual experience. Coffee machine didn't work, talked to the front desk, nothing could be done. Charged 15$ for parking, don't remember getting hit with that at my previous check out.

Paid to upgrade to a corner room. Furniture was arraigned where it was not of any value. The windows were blurred in the seals. It detracted from the view. The first I knew there was an additional charge for parking was at check in. A bit of an unpleasant surprise. The temperature in the restaurant was extremely cold. We ended up taking our food up to the room. The location was great for what I wanted and the price was reasonable but it's doubtful I will return.
