Location for our activity. Didn't like the beds. In desperate need of replacement.dip in the middle, noisy when I would roll. Hall way carpet needs cleaned. Host very nice

The man at the front desk checked the person in behind me, was so rude to him. I felt really bad because the guy was an older vet with his service dog, and his wife and the man behind the counter was so obviously anti-dog he actually kept interrupting my check in to ask about the other guys dog. The dog was harmless, and the man was not doing anything wrong . Don’t allow dogs in your hotel if you don’t like dogs . And he then turned on me and asked me if I had a dog they charged my card two dollars. The whole thing was pretty weird. It’s a clean facility except the breakfast bar has really disgusting lids on the cereal and not actually breakfast .

The hotel was clean and staff was welcoming and helpful. We got checked in easily, and our room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Location was great and convenient, right next to a coffee stop, cafe, and plenty of shopping nearby.

The unique looking stains on the bedding. We took photos of the stains. We placed our own bedding over the matress. Did not trust it at all. Attempted to cancle but sid not work for us. We arrived very late at night. We were there for work related orientation. Had no time to leave.

This hotel was very clean when we checked in and the room was bigger than I thought it would be... Plus the hotel didn't reak of Indian food like some of the other hotels around the area.

Pool was dirty and had algae growing in the bottom. Room was so filthy there was writing in the dirt on the windows also rude cashier at check in and rude employee at breakfast also
