This home is five miles from Wolf Creek Ski Lodge. You'll have snowmobiling, hiking, and ATV riding available, plus a beautiful premier golf course to enjoy. The Rio Grande Club & Resort is just five miles away.
This single-story guesthouse is located five miles east of town, on a quiet piece of property south of the river that it shares with a larger main home. On the grounds, you'll have gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and the colorful foliage come autumn.
After a day spent driving the Silver Thread Scenic Byway or fishing the Gold Medal waters of the Rio Grande, you'll come home to lovely outdoor spaces of your own. The guesthouse has a private yard and patio - a wonderful spot to barbecue on the gas grill and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
The main living area is well-equipped, bringing together the kitchen, the dining table, and the living room in one cozy space. In the evenings, you can light the gas fireplace as you cook or kick back on the sofa and read a favorite novel. The adjacent bedroom features a smart TV, air conditioning to keep you comfortable all summer, and a desk by the window where you can log onto the high-speed WiFi and send off a few quick emails.

Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
There is no washer/dryer.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is one security camera mounted on the west corner of the guesthouse above the front door. It faces the driveway.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
