Two members of staff on reception, one happy and one miserable, we got the miserable one. Told us she’d put car reg into the system as it was being slow and uncooperative, she obviously didn’t, as today got a parking fine.

Couldn't find the hotel and began to feel very unwell. Messaged the hotel immediately to let them know I was extremely sorry but to ill to continue to try and find their location as I was unfamiliar with the city. I heard nothing from them as a result.

Birthday break.
We found the hotel fairly easily, its not too far from the train station and situated along the waterfront. A lot of restaurants and venue's including a cinema are close by and a wide walk way is at the front of the property. We were visiting Lincoln for my birthday and found this hotel to be close to the areas we wanted to see. The room was fine, large bed, big enough shower and nice and clean. We should maybe of aked for a front room as we booked well in advance, as our veiw was to the rear and had a brick wall and carpark, so will remember that if we stay again. I went for breakfast as it was inclusive in our stay, however it was an added extra for some at £16.95 a person for full English, a good selection of items available. The car park is also extra, i heard the reception staff say £10 per night to someone, but probably best to ask. All else as expected and we had a very nice stay.

A short Lincoln break
We were on the fourth floor with view over canal. Hotel was well situated and our room was quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good quality and staff throughout our stay were helpful. Our dog was made welcome and there were treats in the foyer for him. Everything was great for a short break in Lincoln.
