Lake Tahoe is one of the most majestic places in the world so enjoy your visit with all the amenities! We love our place in Lakeland Village for its tranquil setting and close proximity to our PRIVATE resort BEACH only STEPS AWAY. We are also located only a mile from Heavenly Ski Resort & the casinos in South Lake Tahoe. Play tennis, swim in one of the 2 pools (one pool is open year round & the beach pool is open in the summer months only) or just go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the view. The amenities also include 2 outdoor hot tubs and a gorgeous PRIVATE BEACH only STEPS AWAY. Come for the beach in the summer, the colors & bears in the fall, the skiing in the winter & all of the above in the spring!

Our 3 level unit sleeps 8 -10; the first floor includes the primary bedroom with one king bed and the second bedroom with two queens. The primary bedroom on the first floor includes a roomy en suite bathroom and another more cozy full bath is right outside the second bedroom (on the first floor) for easy convenience. The living room includes a pull out sofa bed. The OPEN LOFT on the 3rd level includes two full beds - perfect for all the KIDS!

The 2nd level includes the living room, kitchen and dining room. The dining table seats 10 and there’s plenty of room at the bar for 3 more for easy mingling. Relax in the morning on the balcony with some Keurig coffee or enjoy the woodsy view in the evening with something a little stronger.

Two kayaks & two stand up paddle boards are provided for your use at no charge! The most desirable aspect of Lakeland Village is its location - this tranquil LAKEFRONT setting is only a short walk to pubs and restaurants and it's less than a mile from some of the best skiing in the world!

Cozy, clean, and convenient...
The condo was great, the location was perfect, convenient to everything inclusing heavenly, yet not too close to heavenly area to be in a noisy area. Lots of great restaurants, lots of fun things to do, and the condo itself was clean, super cozy, nice warm fireplace, beautiful views off the balcony with the snow, and the owners/host were super responsive amd accommodating. Highly recommend!

The condo was nice, if not a bit snug, for 5 friends on a ski vacation. Parking was close and easy. Location was on the lake, close to Heavenly California lot, restaurants, grocery store, and casino area.A couple of challenges: - Ski storage locker was full of owners things. - Microwave apparently broke 10 days before our arrival and unfortunately was not replaced. - Only 1 thermostat which is on the livingroom level. When the fireplace is on in the livingroom it warms that room and the loft and the thermostat shuts off.and the 2 bedrooms on the lower level get cold.- local High School kids know the combination to the community hot tub. They were pleasant enough but one group brought bottled beer, without an opener, or any to share. Fortunately the bottle did not break into the hot tub when they tried to open the bottle on the tub’s coping

Beautiful weekend at Lakeland
I visited the property with my family, age range from 4-50 years old. We really enjoyed everything. The resort is centrally located, we could walk to restaurants and grocery stores. The casino 5 minute drive. The unit was clean and comfortable! We could see the lake from our balcony. I recommend staying at this property!

Lovely stay at Lake Tahoe
Our stay was just wonderful! I only felt I needed to remove one star as the house (especially the lower level where the bathrooms and bedrooms were located) was quite cold even during a milder November. Electric blankets WERE provided and were welcome! I wonder if space heaters were added if this might eliminate the problem. The second bathroom, while cute as a button, was very small. Larger individuals might have issue moving around. The location of the house was perfect, and amenities were great. The house was great for the party of 4 adults that visited, and the loft area would be perfect for kiddos.

The unit was perfectly fine for our stay. I didn't register that the bathrooms were downstairs from main area so that was hard on my father who has bad knees, but we just planned ahead for that. The loft was hard to maneuver but again, we made do. Everything was in good order and the kitchen had the necessary items. The decor was fun and appropriate for the area. We did encounter a bear at the lodge hot tub so that was exciting. We made sure the trash was latched up tight. The parking lot was really close as was the lake. Except for a few minor adjustments, we had a great stay.

The property is listed as 3 bed but it is actually 2 with a landing in the loft with two beds open to the lounge area. en suite bedroom is fine but tiny bathroom to share between rest of the party.

It was a girl's trip that we wish could have lasted forever. Such great memories! The scenic drive from South Lake Tahoe to North Lake Tahoe was absolutely amazing and the little shops along the way were fun to meander thru along with the restaurants as well. Great food, atmosphere and everyone was helpful. The parking in South Lake Tahoe down by the shopping and the restaurants was not the best as there is a 2-hour limit on parking. We appealed but make sure you take a picture of your car when you get there and when you leave so you can show proof that you did not exceed the 2-hour limit at a time as your pictures track the time/date. Or if you have Life 360 it tracks you. hahaha Overall, the accommodations of our VRBO were just what we needed for our trip. We did see a bear the morning we left, which was fun.

Our family of 4, including a 5 year old and 8 month old, had a great time staying lakeside. The unit is plenty big and comes well equipped with cooking items, lake items and is in a great location to be able to pop over to many spots. Communication was great prior to arrival and we had no issues while there. Would stay again.

Lovely home. Well stocked, nice towels and bedding. Be aware that bathrooms are tiny and in the basement. My 3 young-adult daughters had to share a bathroom where they couldn't close the door while at the sink! SUP's hard to use - blow-up SUP too big to store in house and other is more like a surfboard (even at 125 lbs, I couldn't use). Owner is helpful and very easy to communicate with. Great location for hiking and biking and restaurants. Whole Foods across the street (good cheap coffee in the morning!). We enjoyed our stay!! Would recommend. Saw a bear right outside! Don't leave trash out!

Love Tahoe!
This was a well needed break from reality! The condo was well stocked with living necessities, towels and bedding were soft and comfy, and the extra amenities of kayaks and paddle boards were a nice touch. It is a tad small if you have a large group, but we spent most time outdoors, so it worked for us. Only issues we encountered was one of the paddle boards was missing a part, and a previous guest hadn’t signed out of one of the tv apps so we were unable to log out without knowing the code. Loved that the kitchen had high quality cookware, ample dishes and silverware, and multiple cooking utensils, and laundry soap was provided (or left from previous guests). Location was central to whatever you want to do in South Tahoe, the property was pretty busy, but that’s how summer is up there. Will definitely look at returning!
