Gondola Vista is a Private Luxury Vacation Rental Property. The first of its kind in South Lake Tahoe. We have 20 homes available to rent individually or you can reserve the entire 3.43 acre Property for a private event for Family/Corporate Retreats and weddings. Your “backyard” — a 725-acre paradise, known as Van Sickle Park is unlike any property you have seen before. These exclusive residences range from 2,870 or 3,616 square feet with four to six bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and two-car garages, large enough for everyone!
This three-level home is just the place to call home. Step in through the entryway to find an attractive sitting area that enjoys a mounted flatscreen TV, lots of comfortable furniture, a table/chair set, and a bath shared between two lower-level bedrooms. This is a great space for the kids to hang out in, where they can watch their favorite movies and shows while the adults enjoy some quiet time upstairs.

The second level is where you'll find the main living space dressed in gorgeous floors, wood accents, and tasteful personal touches. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space the family chef will need to prepare world-class meals, and the dining table has enough seating for eight dinner guests, with three barstools available at the breakfast bar. The living area enjoys lots of natural light, thanks to walls of broad windows with pine tree views, and a gas fireplace next to a mounted flatscreen TV. You'll love taking your first cup of morning coffee out to the covered deck, and summer visitors can use the private gas grill to host a fun barbecue with friends. Head down the hall and you'll discover the laundry area with the home's washer and dryer. Further along, the large second-level bedroom has a private gas fireplace and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
