New paint, new floors. No in-room coffee maker, had fridge. Old shower fixture that was not adjustable. I was in town for a conference, just needed a safe place to sleep, it ticked those boxes. Lot of construction and drainage issues around the property.

We liked the price for a holiday weekend. Easy check in and check out. Not a vast selection, but decent convenient store selection was available. Parking was not an issue for us, but seemed to be problem for others who parked on the side of the road. Pool itself was clean. but the pool area took a while to be maintained daily. Leftover trash was on tables and the floor. Saw a rat eating some trash. There was a party with loud music at 1am at the pool. Beer cans and pool furniture was everywhere the next morning. Overall, a decent stay with a few opportunities.

Overall, this is a very nice, comfortable, stay. We came to celebrate our anniversary. The only thing was the jacuzzi. The jets worked for a bit but then they went off. I waited a bit to try again (like a timed thing) but no, it wouldn't come on. To not get upset, I just chose to enjoy the big tub of soaking and relaxing bubble bath.
