Went there for a late check-in , the personnel are very accommodating , place is clean too. My only dissatisfaction is with the pool, there were small dead frogs floating on the sitz bath and the water is thick in chlorine.

Checked in around 4 PM but didn’t enter the room until later as I was out exploring. Unfortunately, the room was a letdown from the start. The décor felt average for a Hilton, with a scraped-up bed frame and dirty carpet. The sheets were okay but had a gritty feel, almost like there was sand in them. I was too tired to deal with the hassle of requesting a room change, especially since other reviews mentioned it could make things worse. My view? A roof. The requirement for bracelets for everything, including the free breakfast, was frustrating. Lose or break it? Too bad. And the fact that you cannot take breakfast to your room is absurd—most budget hotels allow that! I wanted to enjoy my meal in peace but was forced to eat in a communal area. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and not worth the money spent. I expected much better from Hilton.

They have remodeled some since I was there in February. The On the Border is gone and they Starbucks is part of the bar area. Dining options are only Barry's Bistro in the hotel, but there is pizza available next door and other options further down.

The cleanliness of this property was noticeable upon arrival and everyday after. They took their time to make sure it was emaculate. The pool area was very nice and Barry’s bar was awesome!!!
