In the shower, the hot/cold water valve cartridge must’ve been installed upside down/backwards. (#443) When turning on the shower, what would normally be cold was hot and what was normally be hot was cold. It took a while to figure that out at first we thought that the hot water was not working.

The room was beautiful and clean the tub was stained and totally not able to use. Pics were taken. Horrible bathroom stained whole tub and rusted faucets super horrible. Really want my money back. Will never stay here again. Rooms are nice but bathroom is important. Children cannot sit in tub pieces of rubber mats stuck to bottom of tub.

A bit of paradise
We had a wonderful stay but the balcony view was partially obstructed by the trash/repair station of the resort next to us. We would stay there again. Our first impression was yuk. We just didn't use the balcony.

Despite some of the bad reviews people have given .. the staff was polite.. room was cleaned everyday .. everyone was friendly and helpful.. some areas are just a little dated but did notice remodeling of rooms going on and it seemed like the housekeepers were going at all times .Reasonably priced , I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels that were far worse .. I would definitely stay again!

This resort was nice and the staff is what made the stay wonderful. The building and the rooms are a little dated. Our bathtub had paint peeling off of it which made the tub look dirty even though it wasn’t. The signage around the hotel showed that it used to be a La Quinta which explains why the pool was quite small for a “resort”.Service from all staff was excellent which is what made the trip worthwhile.

Amazing stay! Shoutout to the front desk there was one person working it with a long line of people waiting and she was extremely efficient and had a great attitude! This is my third time staying and always a great stay :)
