Beautiful efficiency apartment that is just steps from the beach... and in the heart of the entertainment district. The complex has a large pool with a grilling area. The queen sized Murphy bed pulls down to sleep two and the futon/couch can sleep two more. The kitchen has stove, fridge & microwave. Equipped with TV/cable, WiFi, and a closet.
The space
Welcome to Vista Del Mar Condominiums!
Our unit is located on the 2nd floor of the Vista Del Mar complex. There is no elevator. Maximum occupancy for the unit is four people. There is no smoking and no pets are allowed.
Here are some noteworthy rules that make this a great place to stay...
1. Parking: The complex allows one vehicle for parking. Guests are to park in the rear lot, using the Tarpon Street entrance. There are public parking spots nearby.
Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy: Maximum of 4 people. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy. ONLY registered guests may utilize the complex amenities.
3. Noise: Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. in the common areas, hallways, balconies porches, pool and parking lot is not allowed.
4. Garbage and Tidiness: Garbage should all be disposed of by an adult in the large dumpsters on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
5. Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed in this unit.
6. Pool: Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Showers are located in the back of the pool yard. Also, no water balloons are allowed in pool area.
7. BBQ: Personal BBQ pits of any kind are Prohibited. There are BBQ pits in the pool area.
8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
