Great place, if I were long term stay, I would like the room and amenities. However, pillows were poor and the bed uncomfortable. Nice little cafe / bar onsite. Great people.

This is a new hotel, very clean and modern, bright & spacious. Hotel puts a hold of $250 upon check-in for what they say is for incidentals, this was for one night, we checked in early evening and breakfast was included needless to say I found this unusually high for any hotel, especially for one night. The staff person at reception upon check-in was just ok, check-out the staff person was warm & friendly. The buffet breakfast was great, it had hot and cold choices and starbucks coffee. A great place to stay but knowing the $250 USD deposit for Canadians has put hold on my credit card for $350 for who know how long, I just might look at something else in the same area with a more reasonable hold.

The room was fine on all the aspects that were rated. But there was a $4.99 charge for "data," which I suspect if for wi-fi. Free wi-fi seemed to be available only to Bonvoy members. It's been a long time since any hotels that I have stayed at have have a separate charge for wi-fi. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Probably about average for this level of hotel.

Sofa bed misrepresentation
Reserved a king bed “suite” with full size pull out bed. 2 adults and 2 kids. Figured the pull out bed would be perfect. Once we finally figured out the couch I was disappointed to realize that there was zero padding on the “pull out bed”. Absolutely zero. It had the fabric from the sofa and the wood frame. Tried to use the 1 flat sheet and 1 thin other blanket to make it comfortable for my kids. No luck. Called the front desk to ask for another set of sheets to try and fluff their bed. Nobody ever came. 1 hour later, had to go to the front desk to ask for blankets. 20 minutes later someone arrived at our room with 1 single thin blanket. Buyer beware. This “pull out bed” is nothing but a piece of wood covered in fabric. Room had trash on counter from previous occupants. King bed was great, large shower was great. Shower had slow drip that you could hear all night.

Great Staff, Terrible Hotel
Let me start by saying that the hotel staff was excellent. However, our overall experience was terrible because of the hotel furniture. We got a one bedroom suite to share and the “sofa bed” unfolded into a hard flat platform that we needed to add foam to for it to be even remotely comfortable. The picture of the sofa bed on the website is not the furniture we had. The couch was hard as a rock and putting three people on it was uncomfortable. The bathroom had no hooks for towels. The flush for the toilet was on the wrong side. It honestly felt like everything in the hotel was a reject from another place. For what we paid for the room, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
