Came in town for my mom's surprise 70th birthday party. Needed a room to stay because it was a surprise. AVOID THE #comfortinnandsuites wyomissing #choicehotels . First of all the room still have the sprinkle powder on the floor as if they were supposed to vacuum and forgot. The room was damp. The toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall. The door from the sink was hanging broken off. There was no toilet paper (I had to tell the lady at the front desk and she handed us 1 roll for 5 people). The phone in the room was for show because it didn't work. The towels were dirty and the room was set up for 2 people. When I asked about wash rag and towels the person from the back took me to the laundry room and there were sheets and towels thrown everywhere and he FOUND 1 wash rag and said it looks like they still need to go in the dryer and told me to come back later. He goes on to tell me he is not the one who does housekeeping. Then we try to use the pullout bed and there was a small broom, dead bugs, lip gloss in the bed. My sister went to talk to the front desk and nothing they can do...her and her grandkids had to sleep on their nasty floor. We didn't have anywhere else to go. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER COME HERE. RIDICULOUS.

Horrible Experience
This place was horrible. I get there, and the guy was nice enough. Check-in time was maybe 5 minutes. I get to the room and before I go in I notice a box fan in the hallway. No big deal, just odd. I get into the room and notice how dirty it is. Dirt on the walls, on the door (picture included). As day turns into night, I see the effects of the parking lights outside of my window (picture included) and how it was bright as day in the room. I got literally no sleep because of that light and the aforementioned box fan running all night. I wake up the next morning to take a shower, and see how there is black tape covering the shower wall (picture included), hoping theres no electrical behind it as I could have gotten a quick zap. I shower, get dressed, and head down to breakfast. There was only yogurt and dry cereal available (no milk). The waffle maker was broken, and although there were stations for other food, there was no food in them. Overall this stay was horrible. I have never had such an unpleasant experience. I will not be staying in the hotel ever again, probably not in a Comfort Inn again, and maybe not even in a Choice Hotel again.

It was nice...satisfactory if you want a stay with no problems. They seemed to be renovating everything, as there were a few broken things, but if you stay out of their way, you should have a pleasant stay.

This is the second time it will happen, but the first time the bed bug was not ready... when we got to the room, we found a bed bug, it bit my wife's back... and they didn't want to change the room for us until after we show them the picture of the little animal and they agree to change it

The first room they put me in was disgustingly dirty, the door didn’t lock all the way, and it smelled awful. The second room was better, but still felt and looked gross. The smell in the entire hotel is horrible. The service at the desk was very good, but the quality of the building itself was bad, and everything was dirty.

This hotel was good for a one night stop with family. It was clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast was very basic-muffins, toast, and waffles. Not much hot food.

Check in was easy. Room was decent for the price and clean. We asked for towels.on our second day and the girl behind counter was rude saying they probably didnt have anymore. She went got us towels but they had no wash clothes. We accepted whatever they could give us. There was absolutely no water pressure in the shower. It was like taking a shower with just a few drops of water at a time. We are not complainers so we said nothing just ddelt with it. You get what you pay for I guess.
